Training consists of 14 modules.  Each module focuses on a specific area of the Initiative For Health and Wellness.

  • A health app for cell phones
  • Phone calls
  • Site Visits

Each club must determine the level of training they feel they need, or they may consult with the IHW Team, to identify what type(s) of training are necessary to successfully implement the initiative.
