This COVID-19 Vaccination clinic is jointly run by the Global Initiative for Health and Wellness, Samaritan House of San Mateo, and the Health Fair Committee of District 4-C4, with help from San Mateo County Health.
Volunteers are wanted for our scheduled drive thru vaccination events, which will take place on the following days:
Saturday, May 1, 2021 | 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1st Shot)
Sunday, May 16, 2021 | 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (1st Shot)
CANCELLED Saturday, May 29, 2021 | 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (1st Shot)
Sunday, May 30, 2021 | 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (2nd Shot)
Saturday, June 5 | 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1st Shot Janssen)
Sunday, June 13 | 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (2nd shot) then 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (1st Shot)

Volunteer Roles
We anticipate this event being very similar if not identical to our series of Drive Thru Flu Clinics in the Fall of 2020.
Training and Information
Providers, key practice staff, and others managing, handling, or administering COVID-19 vaccines must complete the required training to meet federal and state requirements.
