Help Wanted

This COVID-19 Vaccination clinic is jointly run by the Global Initiative for Health and Wellness, Samaritan House of San Mateo, and the Health Fair Committee of District 4-C4, with help from San Mateo County Health.

Volunteers are wanted for our scheduled drive thru vaccination events, which will take place on the following days:

• Saturday, May 1, 2021   |   10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1st Shot)

• Sunday, May 16, 2021   |    1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (1st Shot)

• CANCELLED Saturday, May 29, 2021   |   10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (1st Shot)

• Sunday, May 30, 2021   |   1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (2nd Shot)

• Saturday, June 5   |   10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1st Shot Janssen)

• Sunday, June 13   |   10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (2nd shot) then 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (1st Shot)

Training and Information

Providers, key practice staff, and others managing, handling, or administering COVID-19 vaccines must complete the required training to meet federal and state requirements.
